DELIVERY / SHIPPING SCHEDULES
Shipping is by UPS Ground unless specified otherwise and
gift basket delivery generally takes 2-4 business days,
depending on location. Business days are Monday-Friday,
excluding holidays. We ship Monday - Thursday.
All packages containing meat are available for shipment
October through April only.
Shipping by next day, second day, and three day select via
UPS are available as well, with applicable charges for each.

Orders shipped within one to four business days. Orders
received before noon are generally shipped the same day.
CHRISTMAS ORDERS
We will ship until five days before Christmas, however UPS
will only guarantee delivery before Christmas if shipped by
December 12. No refunds on late deliveries, as this is out
of our control.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
"We live in Bora Bora, - can we get a gift basket?" We
would love to, unfortunately, so far we only ship to the
continental US. Feel free to email questions concerning
delivery rates and locations.
STAY COOL!
We include a cold pack with chocolate and perishable
orders shipped to warm locations, and in the summer
months.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We may, at our discretion, substitute certain items in a gift
basket because of freshness or availability. In doing so, we
will not compromise the theme or design of the gift basket,
and the replacement item will always be of equal or greater
value than the item being substituted.
CUSTOM ORDERS

MESSAGES and ENCLOSURES
Be sure to include the name of the sender as well as the
recipient when filling out a message box.
PAYMENT
Gift Baskets of Vermont accepts Visa, Master Card,
Discover.
CANCELLATION
Call 1-802-738-6437 to cancel an order. We can only
cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. We will
gladly cancel any order that has not yet shipped.
REFUNDS
Refunds are cheerfully given for any order that has been
damaged or has defective goods. All claims must be made
within five days from the date the gift basket was received
by the intended recipient or delivered to the intended
address.
